People often think that some of the best food is too complicated to make. However, that isn't true. For instance, chimichurri sauce is one of the easiest things to make and it can take your steak game to a whole new level. I personally like having some veggies and rice with it but you can always switch it up for other options like cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
2 Red Bell Peppers
2 Yellow Bell Peppers
1 Red Onion
2 cups Wild Rice
2 Lbs of Sirloin Steak Strips
1 cup of Parsley
1 cup of Cilantro
Garlic
1 Red Onion
1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice
Peel from 1 Lemon
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
2 TBS of Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
1. Combine red wine vinegar, olive oil, parsley, cilantro, garlic, red onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon peel in a food processor.

2. Cook the wild rice by following the package instructions.

3. Heat a pan to medium high and add in oil. Then brown steak tips on each side. It should only take 2 to 3 minutes. Then remove the steak from the pan.

4. Add the sliced red onions and bell peppers to the pan and cook on medium for no more than 5 minutes.

6. Add the steak back into the pan and pour in the chimmichurri sauce and stir.

7. Remove from heat and serve over the rice.
