Salpicon is one of my favorite plays on a salad. It's great for lunch or as an appetizer or side dish for dinner. It's full of flavor and spice and everything nice. And on top of that it's easy to make but it does take awhile as the meet has to cook so leave yourself some time.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs of Skirt Steak

3 Serrano Peppers

3 Tomatoes

2 Onions

2 Avocados

1 TSP Oregano

1/3 Cup of Olive Oil

1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

1. Put skirt steak in a pot and chopped onion and 2 cups of water and simmer for 2 hours.

2. Combine the oil, vinegar, and oregano.

3. When the beef is almost done combine onions, tomatoes and salt in a bowl.

4. Chop up the 3 serrano peppers and add them to the bowl.

5. Shred the beef using a fork.

6. Mix in the beef and sauce and then add an avocado and mix.
