Brisket Chili

This week I was craving chili so I decided to make some brisket chili. With it being overcast and gloomy it was a great cozy dinner. If you're looking for something easy chili can be a good option for you. Just keep in mind that it take 8-10 hours to cook.
Ingredients

1 Cup of Beef Broth
3 TBS of Flour
2 TBS Chili Powder
1 TBS Ground Cumin
1 TBS Salt
1 TSP Oregano
2 Lbs of Beef Brisket
1 Package of Bacon
2 Cans of Black Beans
1 15oz Can of Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
3 TBS Minced Garlic
1 Cup of Beef Broth
Olive Oil
Sour Cream
Shredded Mexican cheese
Avocado (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine the flour, chili powder, cumin, salt, and oregano in a small bowl.

2. Chop up the red pepper, onion, and bacon.

3. Combine the drained tomatoes, drained beans, chopped onion, chopped red pepper, garlic, beef broth, and chopped bacon into the crock pot.

4. Cut brisket into cubes and coat each piece of meet in the spice mix.

5. Brown the meat on each side.

6. Add the meat to the crock pot.

7. Cook for 8 hours. Serve with cheese and sour cream on top. You can add avocado if you're feeling adventurous.
