Shepard's Pie

One of the dishes we always make when we're all home is homemade pasta. A few years ago it's something our brother got really into. This week we decided to make homemade pappardelle with wild boar ragù.

Ingredients

5 Eggs

4 Cups of Flour

2 TBS of Olive Oil

2 TSP of Salt

Parmesan Cheese to serve

Favorite type of pasta sauce (we used wild boar ragù)

Instructions

1. Combine flour, salt, and eggs.

2. Knead into dough.

3. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes. Then cut the dough into fourths.

4. Roll out the fourth of dough. Once it's thin enough run it through the pasta maker.

5. Then run the pasta through the other side of the pasta maker.

6. Set on a cookie sheet in a nest form and coat with flour.

7. Boil the pasta and serve with your favorite pasta sauce and parmesan cheese.
