As we enter Quarentine I'll be working to get caught up on all the recipes I haven't shared over the past weeks and the ones we make as we are quarantined. Below is the first of our quarantine recipe. Perfect for those cold rainy days.
Ingredients
2 boxes of Chicken Broth
4 large Carrots
4 Celery Stocks
1/2 bag of frozen peas
1/2 bag of frozen corn
6 small red potatoes
1 Onion
Rotisserie Chicken
1.5 Cups of Sifted Flour
3/4 Cup of Milk
1.5 TSP Butter
2 TSP Baking Powder
3/4 TSP Salt
Instructions
1. Put broth in the pot and begin to heat.
2. Chop up onion, carrots, celery, and potatoes and add to the b

3. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder and sift.

4. Add melted butter and milk and mix together until a dough like consistency.

5. Add the chicken, peas, and corn to the pot and bring to a boil.

6. Spread the dumplings across the top. Then put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes

7. Take the lid off and cook for another 10 minutes.

8. Serve and enjoy.
