Dove Green Curry

As we continue through quarantine we've branched out into new cuisines. Today we made Dove Green Curry. It's full of flavor and super easy to make.
Ingredients
4 TBS of Butter
4 TBS Green Curry Paste
4 TBS Masala
2 TBS Turmeric
6 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Can of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Onion
2 TBSP of Garlic
5 Carrots
2 Potatoes
10 Mini Bell Peppers
2 Cans of Chick Peas Drained
2 Green Onions
6 Thai Basil Leaves
1 Handful of Spinach
8 Dove Breasts Chopped (or 2 Chicken Breasts)
Instructions
1.Melt the butter in the pan and sauté the onions.

2. Add the garlic, turmeric, and masala.

3. Stir in the coconut milk and chicken broth.

4. Chop up the veggies and potatoes.

5. Add the chick peas, veggies, potatoes, basil, and green curry paste.

6. Add in the dove and cook for 30 minutes.

7. While the curry is cooking. Cook the rice.

8. Add in the spinach when there is 10 minutes left on the curry cook time.

9. Serve and enjoy.
